For the strengthening of the sales network, two (2) associates/agronomists/freelancers are sought

ROLE:

  • The figure will be responsible for ensuring business development through the management of current orders, established clients and the search for new business opportunities in compliance with company policies.
  • The reference clients are mainly represented by the public administration and private companies operating in the Agricultural sector.
  • Will manage the relationship with local influencers and opinion leader agricultural companies, maintaining and developing an effective technical and commercial positioning of the products in the portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good knowledge of the private (farms, cooperatives, POs) and public (CREA, Confagricoltura, Provincial Agencies; Consortia; Rural Development Agencies) agricultural sector and suppliers of products and services in the sector (chemicals, materials, means,..);
  • Knowledge of the various distribution and resale channels in the agricultural sector;
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector’s incentive and subsidy systems; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers in the sector; Results orientation, problem solving skills and attention to detail; Good knowledge of the English language is required,
  • Ideal candidate, must have significant sales experience of at least 1 year even in different sectors and must have a strong interpersonal attitude, flexibility, autonomy, initiative and willingness to travel frequently throughout the country;
  • Degree possibly in technical/scientific Agricultural or forestry sciences or Diploma of Agricultural or Viticulture Expert (graduates in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Electronics, Geology, Engineering with experience in the field will also be considered);
  • Autonomy and motivation to sell;
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and continuous learning;
  • Good aptitude for simple manual/electrotechnical tasks that can also be performed outdoors;
  • Bid formulation and closing of negotiations;
  • Performance of pitch presentations.

ACTIVITIES:

  • Performs prospecting work in the agricultural market;
  • Participates in events, fairs, conferences, presentations, workshops;
  • Develops quotations in order to translate them into contracts;
  • Monitors and monitors or promotes agricultural market projects or contracts;

PLACE OF WORK:

A domicile in the regions of Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Piedmont, Umbria, Tuscany, Lazio is preferred;

Activities 70% in the field, 30% on site (Montegrotto Terme-PD) or home office;

CONTRACT:

Metalmechanical Contract;
