For the strengthening of the international sales network, we are looking for employees for the development of the foreign market.


  • Responsibility for the development and management of sales, ensuring the achievement of the assigned turnover and margin objectives, through the direct management of customers and the coordination of the relevant distribution network.
  • The reference customers are mainly represented by the public administration and private companies, both end customers and distributors or agents, operating in the Agricultural sector, in the infrastructure sector, in the Aqueduct market, in Environmental Management and Monitoring and Civil Protection in the countries of reference.
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will have the objective of expanding the package of customers/agents/distributors by managing the relationship with local influencers, maintaining, and developing an effective technical and commercial positioning of the products in your portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate must have gained significant commercial experience of at least 2 years also in different sectors, and must have a strong relational attitude, flexibility, autonomy, spirit of initiative and willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.


The proposed solution covers needs in various applications, and therefore a background from at least one of the following sectors is favored:

  • private agricultural sector (farms, cooperatives) and public sector (Provincial Authorities; Consortia; Rural Development Authorities) and suppliers of products and services in the sector (chemicals, materials, vehicles);
  • the Aqueduct, Water Treatment and Distribution sector;
  • market of Public Institutions dealing with hydrogeological risk and climate change issues (Basin Authorities, Civil Protection,);
  • Excellent knowledge of English and a second language, in spoken and written form, is essential; Experience in the specific role, preferably in BtoB and BtoBtoC contexts;
    Availability for a substantial number of travel days per year (1/ 2 weeks per month);
  • Team management skills, results orientation and problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability complete the profile;
  • Knowledge of the various possible distribution and resale channels;
  • Degree possibly in technical/scientific fields Electronics, Geology, Physics, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Agricultural or Forestry Sciences, Biochemistry, Physics, Electronics, Geology, Engineering; Diplomates with experience in the indicated fields will also be considered;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers in their own language; Autonomy and motivation to sell;
    Ability to adapt to a changing environment and continuous learning;
    Carrying out Public Presentations, Field Days, Technical and Commercial Seminars, Webinars;


  • Analyses the market and identifies potential prospects / distributors / strategic partners;
  • Contributes to developing the action plan and defining the company’s sales and marketing strategy by providing feedback on customer expectations;
  • Develops partnerships with local universities, associations, incubators, consortia and cooperatives, associations; technology hubs, organizations, research centres;
  • Visits current and potential reference customers by promoting the innovative solution and transferring the technical business content to the customer;
  • Participates in events, trade fairs, congresses, presentations, workshops;
  • Develops quotations in order to translate them into contracts;
  • Monitors, monitors or promotes, projects, tenders and contracts;
  • Collaborates proactively with the back office, marketing, management and the service and development departments;
  • Performs administrative and reporting activities (monthly reports, forecasts, CRM database according to defined KPIs and Performance Evaluation System);
  • Monitors competitor activity;
  • Collaborates with the marketing team in the development of specific material for the area of competence;


A domicile in TriVeneto, Lombardy, Emilia Romagna is preferable;
Activity 50% in the field, 30% home office, 20% in the head office (Montegrotto Terme-PD);
