Finapp is proud to announce the successful closing of its EUR 8.64 million Series A funding round, led by the agrifoodtech fund Linfa – Riello Investimenti SGR. We sincerely thank them for their trust and vision.
We also extend our gratitude to our longstanding investors who continue to support our journey: MITO Technology through its Tech Transfer fund, Crédit Agricole Italia, and Tech4Planet | Polo Nazionale di Trasferimento Tecnologico per la sostenibilità ambientale, promoted by CDP Venture Capital SGR.
This investment will allow Finapp to accelerate its mission of bringing CRNS – Cosmic Ray Neutron Sensing – from Italian excellence to a global standard for measuring water in soil and snow. Our technology enables real-time, large-scale, and in-depth monitoring, supporting precision agriculture, water management, environmental risk prevention, and climate adaptation.
In the coming months, Finapp will:
-
Open an office in France
-
Launch an office in the United States
-
Expand production capacity
-
Grow the team supporting global adoption of Finapp technology
We also want to thank the partners who supported the legal and execution aspects of this transaction: Dentons Italia – Milan, especially Antonio Legrottaglie, and ADVANT Nctm, with Alessia Trevisan and Marianna Loprevite.
This Series A round is not an endpoint but a launchpad. Finapp is bringing to the world a new way of measuring water, a strategic resource for the planet’s future, with the ambition of establishing a globally recognized standard.
We are proud of the Finapp team and all our partners who are joining us on this journey.
Let’s scale. Let’s use cosmic rays to measure water.
