Riccardo Carroccio graduated in Physics from the University of Padova in 2025, where he specialized in data analysis and automated material inspection. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in Machine Learning and its applications to experimental physics.

For his thesis, Riccardo applied Machine Learning techniques to hadronic calorimeters, gaining deep expertise in advanced data science methods. Alongside his academic work, he completed a course on GIS for Climate Action, combining his technological skills with a focus on sustainability.

Since August 2025, Riccardo has joined Finapp as a Data Scientist, bringing both academic rigor and a research-driven mindset. He will contribute to the development of our CRNS technology, strengthen Finapp’s data-driven innovation, and support the production team in optimizing processes and operations.
