La d\u00e9tection de neutrons par rayons cosmiques (CRNS) offre la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019obtenir une mesure continue de la valeur repr\u00e9sentative de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 du sol sur une surface de plusieurs dizaines d\u2019hectares gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un seul capteur non invasif\u00b9,\u00b2. Les exp\u00e9riences men\u00e9es dans d\u2019autres pays soulignent les avantages d\u2019un r\u00e9seau coordonn\u00e9 de telles sondes, qui permet la publication de bulletins nationaux ou supranationaux pour \u00e9valuer les tendances climatiques et la r\u00e9partition de l\u2019impact des \u00e9v\u00e9nements extr\u00eames\u00b3.
