Data Controller<\/h3>\n<p>The Data Controller is Finapp SpA, with headquarters in Via del Commercio, 27 \u2013 35036 Montegrotto Terme (PD), Tax Code and VAT No. 04600140232 (hereinafter \u201cController\u201d).<\/p>\n<h3>Information for \u201cwork with us\u201d candidates<\/h3>\n<p>This information is provided to those who, following a recruitment search or a spontaneous application or in response to one of our job advertisements or during a job interview, send their curriculum vitae to the Data Controller through its website. For any other information on the processing of personal data during navigation, it is suggested to read the privacy policy present on the site.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Category of Personal Data subject to processing<\/h3>\n<p>Data provided voluntarily by the user, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Common personal data (such as personal details; contact data; data relating to training and professional experience; other data typically contained in curriculum vitae)<\/li>\n<li>Only exceptionally, special data (Art. 9 GDPR)<\/li>\n<li>Only exceptionally, criminal data (Art. 10 GDPR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The data collected by the Controller through the sending of curriculum vitae, professional profile evaluation interviews or reporting by third parties such as name, surname, place and date of birth, tax code, telephone number, postal address, qualification and other personal identification elements, sent in relation to any open positions or for spontaneous application, fall into the category of &#8220;personal data&#8221; pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1 and paragraph 15 of the GDPR and will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out an evaluation of the professional attitudes and abilities of the candidates themselves, based on the open position for which a selection procedure is in progress or for future needs to expand the company workforce.<\/p>\n<p>With the exception of job positions reserved for protected categories, it will not be necessary to include special data in the curriculum vitae (i.e. data revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life).<\/p>\n<h3>3. Purpose of processing and legal basis of processing<\/h3>\n<p>The personal data of those who spontaneously or following a recruitment search send their curriculum vitae are processed in the ways and forms prescribed by the GDPR:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for recruitment and personnel selection purposes or to propose other job offers consistent with the candidate&#8217;s professional profile (legal basis: pre-contractual obligations);<\/li>\n<li>for the fulfillment of specific obligations or to perform specific tasks provided for by laws, regulations or community legislation (legal basis: legal obligation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The collection and processing of Data are carried out in order to allow the Controller to conduct research, selection and personnel evaluation activities. The processing carried out for this purpose does not require the consent of the interested party, as it is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter B of the GDPR), with the exception of the processing of special categories of personal data which, if provided, may be processed by the Controller only with explicit prior consent. The Data will be processed by authorized personnel pursuant to article 29 of the GDPR. The processing of Data for these purposes will take place using electronic and manual methods, based on logical criteria compatible and functional to the purposes for which the Data were collected, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by law and internal company regulations.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Obligatory nature of the provision<\/h3>\n<p>The provision of personal data for the purposes indicated is optional and voluntary. It is necessary to perfect the specific functionality present on the site to correctly send one&#8217;s application in order to participate in any personnel selection processes. To correctly send the application, the candidate must give their consent to the processing, in the absence of which the candidate will not be able to send their data for personnel selection purposes. In any case, even where the interested party has given consent to authorize the Controller to pursue all the purposes mentioned in the points above, they will still remain free at any time to revoke it. Specific and separate information is provided, as required by art. 21 of the Regulation, that the interested party has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them carried out for the purposes above and that, if the interested party objects to the processing, the personal data can no longer be processed for such purposes.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Recipients of personal data<\/h3>\n<p>The personal data processed will not be subject to dissemination but to communication to well-defined subjects, such as the Controller&#8217;s personnel specifically authorized to process data. Based on the roles and job duties performed, the personnel are legitimized to process the data within the limits of their skills and in accordance with the instructions given by the Controller. The same data may be communicated to subjects legitimized to access them based on laws, regulations and provisions. Specifically, the data can be used by third-party subjects and\/or companies that perform instrumental activities on behalf of the Controller such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>external consultants for recruitment, selection and personnel evaluation;<\/li>\n<li>subjects for whom access to data is expressly recognized by law, by regulations or by measures issued by the competent authorities;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The aforementioned recipients, depending on the case, will process the data as controllers, processors or persons in charge\/authorized for the processing. Outside the cases indicated above, the data will not be disseminated in any way.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Methods of data storage<\/h3>\n<p>The processing of data takes place using manual, electronic and computer tools with methods strictly related to the purposes for which the data are processed and in any case in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 GDPR regarding security measures.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Data retention period<\/h3>\n<p>Personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are processed and in any case for a period not exceeding 6 months from receipt of the curriculum vitae, after which they will be automatically deleted and no copies will be kept. Cases in which it is necessary to keep the data for a further period of time to defend or assert a right or to fulfill any legal obligations or orders from the Authorities are excluded from the terms provided above.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Transfer of personal data<\/h3>\n<p>The Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Rights of the interested party<\/h3>\n<p>Each Interested Party has the right of access, rectification, cancellation (oblivion), limitation, receipt of notification in case of rectification, cancellation or limitation, portability, opposition and not to be subject to an automated individual decision, including profiling, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. These rights can be exercised in the forms and terms referred to in art. 12 GDPR, by written communication sent to the Controller (see point 10). The Controller will provide an adequate response as soon as possible from receipt of the request.<\/p>\n<h3>10. Right of revocation of consent (Methods of exercising rights)<\/h3>\n<p>It is possible to revoke consent, where provided, at any time and\/or exercise your rights by sending:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a registered letter with return receipt to the undersigned with an express request;<\/li>\n<li>an e-mail to the address info@finapptech.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>11. Complaints<\/h3>\n<p>Each Interested Party has the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to art. 77 and following of the GDPR to a supervisory authority, which for the Italian State is identified as the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. The forms, methods and terms for proposing complaint actions are provided for and governed by current national legislation. The complaint is without prejudice to administrative and jurisdictional actions, which for the Italian State can be proposed alternatively to the same Garante or to the competent Court.<\/p>\n<h3>12.
